It may sound like a good marketing campaign, but the denim used to make designer jeans really is significantly different from the denim in a $29 pair of Xhilaration jeans. Next time you are at a department store selling both high-end and "regular" jeans, take the fabric in between your thumb and fingers and rub the material. You will notice the incredible difference in quality between the two.

The answer is YES!
The designer jean craze started in the late-1970's with the introduction of Calvin Klein's, Levi's, and Wrangler's. People everywhere wanted to get their hand on, and their butts in, these jeans.
And over the last 30 years, the designer jean industry exploded with the launch of dozens of high-end jeans companies, like Seven for All Mankind, True Religion, and Blue Cult.
The answer is YES!

Levi's Stacked Jeans (final)
Although the two primary washes of jeans were only the golden haze and the rigid blue, Levi's has since added the rigid black to its variety of Levi's Stacked jeans. The rigid washes are definitely the ones that should be coveted because of their sheen, their conservative, intellectual look, and their raw style. Levi's Stacked jeans are timeless, high-quality, and worth every penny.

Regardless of 'roominess,' Levi's Stacked jeans give a lot of extra material to work with at the bottom of the leg. They can either be rolled up (to excess at times) or left 'stacked,' which looks so good and leaves remarkable embellishments on the legs after they have been broken in.
